Agriturismo La Filanda is located a short walk from the Rocca di Manerba Nature Reserve and the beaches of Lake Garda.

We offer 28 apartments and 4 rooms in a B&B format, and our guests can enjoy amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field, and beach volleyball.

We’re open year-round, thanks to a steady stream of business clients, while in the summer, we’re primarily chosen by families who need spacious accommodations.

We’re listed on OTAs and collaborate with a few long-standing agencies, but 50% of our bookings come directly.

How did you calculate prices before Smartpricing?

I’ve been managing the agriturismo since 2016, and when I arrived, they were still using paper charts. Even under my management, we continued to use a manual system, creating seasonal price lists “like in the old days.”

I didn’t have the time to constantly adjust prices, and I always thought that doing it myself could lead to subjective decisions, too influenced by my mood at the moment.

That’s why I started looking for a statistical method that could guarantee objectivity.

What convinced you to try and adopt Smartpricing?

I was already convinced of the need for dynamic pricing, adjusted based on a clear logic. Of course, my main goal was to increase revenue.
