Portofino Vacanze is an exclusive apartment complex with 10 units located along the Ligurian coast. Our guests appreciate the proximity to the sea and the high-quality amenities of our apartments, which cater perfectly to couples and families. The high season runs from May to September, but even outside these months, we welcome numerous guests, especially from across Europe.
How did you manage your rates before Smartpricing?
We relied on a fixed price list that was only adjusted in exceptional cases. This meant we often missed opportunities for higher revenues during periods of high demand. Manual price adjustments were time-consuming and not always market-aligned.
